Tour overview

Day 1 / Arrival in Bishkek and City Tour

Arrive in Bishkek and start with a city tour to explore local attractions like Osh Bazaar. You can choose to visit either Ala Archa National Park or Supara Chunkurchak. Enjoy lunch in Bishkek and have dinner at your overnight accommodation.

Day 2 / Drive to Song Kul Lake

Travel through Too-Ashuu mountain pass to Suusamyr Valley, stopping for lunch in one of the villages like Chaek on the way. Continue your journey to Song Kul via the Kara Keche coal mine, where you’ll have dinner and spend the night in a yurt camp. This one is a long but picturesque drive!

Day 3 / Song Kul

Spend a whole day on the Song Kul lake where you can either horse ride or just enjoy walks with stunning views and take your time for some good pictures. This is a perfect place to meditate if you are into Yoga. It is also a perfect place to stay in a Yurt and have a truly local experience.

Day 4 / Trip to Kel Suu Lake

Set off early in the morning for Kel Suu Lake, where you'll have lunch and dinner at a yurt camp. However, we will take it easy and depart whenever the guests are ready with no rush. Activities at Kel Suu will start the following day.

Day 5 /DISCOVERING KEL SUU LAKE

Take an early morning trek to the lake, with options for horseback riding or hiking. Kel Suu is an alpine lake and it is similar to Fjords as it lies in between rocky mountains. You will definitely need time there to take some epic shots. Enjoy lunch at the yurt camp and then return to Naryn for the night.

Day 6 / From Naryn to Bokonbaevo

Drive to Bokonbaevo village, which is a gateway to the most astonishing views located on the Southern Shores of Issyk Kul Lake. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way and have dinner while staying at a guesthouse.

Day 7 / Jeti Oguz/ Canyon SKazka

Visit attractions such as Skazka Canyon, Barskoon Valley, and the Jeti Oguz red rocks. Lunch will be a picnic, followed by dinner at a nice restaurant in Karakol. Per request, you can experience an eagle hunting show with a local hunter.

Day 8 /ALTYN ARASHAN VALLEY

Begin our day with a trip to Altyn Arashan possibly in a special Russian truck, UAZ if you wish. Take in stunning views and relax in hot springs. We will do a short hike here. Enjoy a picnic lunch in Altyn Arashan before returning to your guesthouse in Karakol. Optionally, you can have dinner at a Dungan cafe.

Day 9 / Karakol

A Relaxing day with a city tour of Karakol where you will visit Dunghan mosque and Russian Orthodox church and learn more about the history of the diverse city.

Day 10 / Return to Bishkek

Early morning travel along the northern shore of Issyk Kul Lake, stopping in Cholpon Ata for lunch and a possible swim or a boat trip with a local Yacht Club’s captain. Enjoy dinner in Bishkek and spend the night in a hotel.
