Frequently Asked Questions
Most of the countries do not need any visa for up to 60 days of stay in Kyrgyzstan. CIS country citizens are visa free. Just to be on the safe side, you can check the official government webpage for country specific visa requirements here: https://www.evisa.e-gov.kg/get_information.php?lng=en
It is very safe to travel, especially with our guides as they are well aware of the routes and locations. Locals are very friendly and there is normally no pick pocketing. Our guides/drivers will be with our guests most of the time, so it will be safe.
Medical insurance is optional. Upon request, we can provide medical insurance with local companies that are partners of ours. This might slightly impact the price.
Internet coverage is present in most of the territories we ride through. Most of the hotels/guest houses have Wi-Fi connection. Guests can also buy a local SIM card if needed and the it is not expensive (4-5$).
Breakfast and dinner is included during all the tours. We will make pit stops at places for lunch where guests can buy food that they like.
There is no need to be in a specific physical shape to join our tours. We have so many families with kids that join these tours. Difficulties on the routes are mostly related to terrain and accessibility for our vehicles.
